How does it work?

The best part about having a managed service with DataSpark is you will receive a priority service, access to the tickets so you can track your usage across the company. There is no limit to the number of staff who can access the service and you can use your hours for mentoring, dashboard development or polishing, server installs/upgrades. All of this and much more!

You will also receive 30 day invoicing on your DAT to align with the monthly retainer. You can increase your hours as you please or simply do a once-off top up and use any accrued hours across the projects you have in mind.
